Korloy's NC3030 grade (ISO P25-P35) is for medium to low speed machining of steel and interrupted roughing. Providing harmony between substrate with excellent wear/fracture resistance and AI2O3 film with thermal/chipping resistance. Features increased stability in wide ranges of cutting conditions.
The GR chip breaker is for roughing. Suitable for deep cuts and high feed cutting of steel and cast iron. Also used for intermittent cutting.
